A laid-back, romantic wedding ceremony at Brooklyn Bridge, followed by a Williamsburg reception.
The adventure begins at the luxurious Williamsburg Hotel, where Sara prepared for her big day. The soft natural light streaming through the windows was just the perfect setting for catching those precious pre-ceremony moments.
It was such an honour to be at Brooklyn Bridge with S + J & all of their loved ones, documenting their ceremony in such an epic location. Amidst the hustle & bustle, the majestic Manhattan skyline in the background – what more could you need.
Following the ceremony, we made our way to St. Charles Cellar (which I think might have closed down, sadly!) It was the perfect cozy reception spot. The bubbles in the champagne sparkled under the lights.
S + J chose me to be their wedding photographer after I captured their friend’s wedding in Brooklyn the year before (thanks to instagram for that one!). Having been to New York four times, I’m always itching to get back!
